ICMAD will be hosting its Young Designer Event on the evening of March 5th, 2014 – and Kathy Ireland, CEO/chief designer of Kathy Ireland Worldwide, will be this year’s featured speaker.

Ireland intends to inspire entrepreneurial and creative spirit, while she talks about her company, which was described by Forbes Magazine as a “2 billion dollar business model.”

The Young Designer’s competition awards the best design students around the country through their creativity and ingenuity.

If you’re in southern California – or will be – registration for this event is still open. It will be held at the Le Meridien Delfina, at 530 Pico Blvd. in Santa Monica, CA. The cost per ticket is $135 per person.
